Rights Issue Prospectus

A prospectus in relation to ICSGlobal Limited's renounceable right issue was publicly issued, and lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, on 15 July 2009. Eligible shareholders are entitled to subscribe for two new share for every nine existing shares held at 7pm on the record date of 24 July 2009 at a issue price of $0.10 per new share. Only shareholders on the register on the record date with registered addresses in Australia or New Zealand are eligible to participate in the rights issue.

The maximum shares that may be issued under the offer is 33,330,216, raising (if fully subscribed) approximately $3.33 million before expenses. The rights issue is partially underwritten to the amount of $960,000.

The funds raised from the rights issue will be primarily used to
  • providing funding for potential acquisitions of profitable medical billing companies in the United States;
  • supplement the company's working capital
