In 2000 we focused on making the Australian healthcare industry more efficient, building and operating an Internet-based clearinghouse called "Thelma". In 2007 we expanded this service to "medical banking": combining internet technologies and outsourced "accounts receivable" services to shift healthcare into the realm of online banking. We established our medical banking business in Australia, the UK and the US.
In April 2010 we sold the US business and the Australian business. We continue to operate the UK business, which is profitable. ICSGlobal is debt free.
ICSGlobal is concentrating on its profitable operating business in the UK and seeking new business opportunities to maximise value for shareholders.
